Debra (Debby) Damick is one of our Dental Hygienists. She is a Geneva native and has worked in this practice for more than 35 years. She is a graduate of Monroe Community College with an AAS degree in Dental Hygiene. Debby is certified to administer nitrous oxide sedation and local anesthesia. She is a member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association, the Eastman-Monroe Alumni Association and a deacon at the Presbyterian church. Debby along with her husband Donald, have two children and three grandchildren. She enjoys knitting, sewing, Broadway musicals, and vacations with the entire family.

Christina Baker earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Buffalo and an AAS degree in Dental Hygiene from Monroe Community College. Christina’s desire to continue learning drove her to the dental profession because it is a field where there will always be the possibility to learn and grow. She is an active member of the American Dental Hygiene Association and Eastman Dental Alumni Association, and is certified to administer general and local anesthesia. Christina enjoys being active outdoors with her family. She is also a huge football fan and is a season ticket holder for the Indianapolis Colts.

Renee Haers wears many hats in the office. From business details to dental assisting to sometimes being our “tech geekette,” she is our jack of all trades. Renee has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, including licenses in a Massage Therapy and Occupational Therapy. She is also certified as a CEREC assistant. Renee is married Owen and together have a son and daughter. In her spare time, Renee enjoys camping, kayaking, archery and horseback riding.

Scheduling Coordinator

Shawna was born and raised in Oswego, NY, moving to the Finger Lakes in 2014. Although she may be new to the dental field, Shawna has a strong background in customer service. Since starting as the scheduling coordinator for the office in October 2016, Shawna has a new found love for dentistry. She hopes to move forward in the dental field and is very excited to see where dentistry takes her. In 2015, she became a mom to her son. When Shawna is not working, she enjoys spending her time outdoors with her family and friends boating, four wheeling and snowmobiling.
